When we tested on 27 September 2026, fresh chats opened on Carina 8K at 2 credits per message, so all 100 credits were spent after 50 messages with no prompt; the chat then showed "You are out of messages" and switched to the slower Free Carina model, which handled 44 further messages without stopping. Trial: we found no trial for paid tiers. The free tier does not expire.
