Our verdict on DreamGF
Best for building a custom AI girlfriend and generating pictures of her
DreamGF is a browser-based AI girlfriend platform run by DreamAI SRL, a company registered in Bucharest, Romania. You shape a companion in a visual builder that covers face, body, clothing and personality, then chat with her and generate more images of her. Characters made by other users appear in a public list you can browse. The site only offers female companions; male ones are on a sister site, DreamBF.ai.
Paying members get unlimited messages and a monthly token allowance that pays for images, voice messages, voice calls and new companions, with more tokens available to buy. At checkout the first month is advertised at 12.99, the first quarter at 29.97 and the first year at 69.99, yet the pricing policy sets renewals at 25.99 a month, 77.97 a quarter or 311.88 a year.
The platform makes most sense if your main goal is generating pictures of a custom companion. The catches: introductory prices only apply to the first payment, the official pages contradict each other on token amounts and costs, refunds stop once you use the service, and the membership policy allows a 1.99 monthly maintenance fee for previous buyers.
How DreamGF looked in Sep 2026.
Why this score. Chat quality 6: evidence is thin, and one 2026 review likes the roleplay while noting that early conversations feel templated. Characters 6: a user-made catalog and a detailed builder, though only realistic female characters are available. Features 7: images, voice messages and voice calls, with no clear sign of video. Value 4: first-payment discounts turn into the equivalent of 25.99 a month, tokens are scarce and a maintenance charge is held in reserve. Privacy 6: discreet billing, an EU company and no training clause that we could find, set against a perpetual license over user content. UX 5: browser only, with confusing plan names and contradictory token details.

We opened a fresh English-language account and chatted with Emma, a girlfriend character whose profile gives her age as "Milf". Every figure below comes from our own session in a normal browser, not from the platform's marketing.

More from the test
- Sign-up
- After an 18+ and cookie banner, the only option we used was email with a one-click sign-in link. On 26 September that link never arrived; on 27 September a password-reset link and the verification link both landed within seconds. Verifying the email is supposed to earn 15 free tokens.
- The limit screen
- "PLEASE UPGRADE: The allowed messages in the free trail have run out! To continue chatting, please buy a subscription plan", followed by an Upgrade button.
- Pictures
- Request Photo offers a choice of outfit (clothes, lingerie or nude), pose and location for 2 tokens, yet a free account gets "This feature is for premium members only", so the tokens promised for email verification could not be spent on a picture. Photos of her in the chat panel stay blurred.
- Memory
- Our 10 free messages ran out before we could run the memory check.
- Also seen
- Answers arrive as a few short texts within seconds (the median above covers messages 2 to 6).

- The official pages give conflicting monthly tokens (100 or 150) and conflicting token costs
- Once you use the service there are no refunds, and taking a bonus-token offer locks cancellation for 30 days
- The membership policy keeps open a 1.99 monthly maintenance charge for former buyers
- Only female companions here; male companions live on the separate DreamBF.ai

Questions about DreamGF
Straight answers from our test and the platform's own pages.
Try DreamGF free ↗Is DreamGF free?
Yes, there is a free tier in the form of a trial account (a 'simulator'). When we tested it on 27 September 2026 it gave us 10 fully explicit messages before showing "The allowed messages in the free trail have run out". Verifying the email is supposed to earn 15 tokens, but on the free account pictures and every other token feature replied "for premium members only". Paid plans begin at $25.99 a month.
How many free messages does DreamGF give?
Our new free account received 10 messages in all when we tested it on 27 Sep 2026. That allowance covers the free trial. Our 11th message did not go through, and while each free reply loads, the chat shows "Upgrade for faster replies".
Is DreamGF filtered on the free plan?
On a free account in our 27 Sep 2026 test, flirting, undressing and explicit sex all worked. The free trial stayed explicit, writing in short, text-message style replies.
How much does DreamGF cost?
You pay $25.99 a month whichever way you are billed: month to month, every 3 months ($77.97) or yearly ($311.88 a year). We checked these prices on 27 September 2026; please confirm them on the platform before you pay.
Does DreamGF allow NSFW chat?
Yes. Explicit chat between adults is permitted, with no filter in place.
Is DreamGF safe to use?
The operator is DreamAI SRL (Romania). Your card statement shows a neutral name rather than the site. You can pay by credit or debit card or with cryptocurrency, and the checkout promises that no adult transaction shows on bank statements. Generated content can be set to private. The GDPR-based privacy policy covers using data to improve the service and passing it to service providers, and says nothing about training models on chats. Under the terms, DreamAI receives a perpetual license to content users upload. The membership policy holds open a 1.99 monthly maintenance charge to keep previously paid accounts active, which you can avoid by deleting your account. As with any AI companion, avoid sharing anything that could identify you or other real people.
Does DreamGF have voice, images or video?
Voice: yes. Image generation: yes. Video: not confirmed. Expect most of these to sit behind a paid plan.
Is there a DreamGF app?
We found no confirmed native app, but the website runs fine in a phone browser.
Who runs DreamGF?
DreamAI SRL, a company based in Romania, operates DreamGF.

What we could not verify
- Which token allowance and which token prices are current, since the official pages contradict each other.
- Whether video generation exists at all (in September 2026 the site's AI Videos page only showed placeholder content).
- Whether there is an official Android app (apps named DreamGF on Google Play and the App Store are from other developers, and the site links to none).
- The language and image models behind the service.
- How many characters there are and which interface languages exist besides English (one review mentions 12 languages).
- The year it was founded (the policies go back to June 2023).
